Royce chocolates hail from Hokkaido and the quality is said to be excellent inside out. The chocolate potato chips is a fast-seller, but I'm more into the pieces of decadence above. I heard it's available at Suntec City Mall, Ion Orchard and Takashimaya basement. I want to get these soon!!
