After reliefing for a few branches, I realize my branch colleagues are the loveliest. My mentor and my officers were patient with me. I miss them so much because it feels like home. And maybe, reliefing occasionally may not be so bad after all because I get to know a few nice people and also learn a lot more when I have to be independent.
Every career has it's ups and downs and the service line is inevitable. I'm still learning to serve a bad customer and not take them to heart. However, after serving a delighted customer it perks me up and encourages me to be professional even when the next customer is an unhappy customer. Of course I am not right all the time and we all have to be street smart because sometimes there is no time to sit down and analyze situations.
I'm exhausted, but I never felt like I have to try very hard to get myself to work or carry out my daily duties. I guess because there's so much to learn and everything is so fresh to me. Hahs!
Although work's work, life has been really busy. I have so many things left undone. I'm not feeling so well recently and I struggled a little with work. Even my piano practice seems so sparse. Ya, sparse (what a word to use).
I really wish to blog a decent post on what has happened lately but I can't seem to gather everything in my head to start typing. Hahas... I'll try asap.
This blog is beginning to be full of my senseless crap. Oh well, nite nite everyone.
The stars are watching over you. :)
